1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at help@cozlly.com.
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping facility without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and exactly where to send your package to our authorized return center. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Return Shipping: Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returned items.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at help@cozlly.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, or clearance/gift card items.
Additionally, the following 27 specific items are marked as Final Sale and are strictly non-returnable:

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your eligible order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Note: The Final Sale items listed in Section 5 may still be exempt from this based on hygiene/intimate use regulations).
8. Refund Processing & Timelines
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note the following processing times based on our payment gateway:
It generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and officially post to your bank or credit card statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at help@cozlly.com.
